About our classes
Aqua – A fitness class in the pool where the resistance of the water makes the calorie burning and muscle toning exercises highly effective as well as supporting some of the body weight, minimising impact and reducing stress on the joints.
Running Club – Running is one of the best ways to burn calories and improve cardio vascular fitness. Join our run leader to taste the outdoors and adjust your run to be as energetic as you want.
Total Abs – A short class dedicated to toning and strengthening the muscles in the abdominal and lower back for a firmer body and better posture.
Walking Club – Walking is another great way to burn calories, so if you don’t like running but would like to exercise outdoors, then why not join our walking leader and go walking. It’s a great way to tone up and improve fitness and you can adjust your walk to be as energetic as you like.
Personal Training Sessions
Reaching your goals can be made that much easier with our Esprit one-to-one personal training sessions. As well as motivating you, our qualified personal trainers will spend time identifying effective training programmes that work best for your individual needs
